About our services
Medistra Care is a patient coordination service. We help international patients connect with selected medical specialists and healthcare providers in Türkiye and assist with communication, scheduling and related travel arrangements.
We are not a hospital, clinic or healthcare provider, and we do not provide medical treatment ourselves. Medical services are provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers, who are solely responsible for the medical care they deliver.
No medical advice
Information on this website is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace a consultation with a qualified medical professional. Treatment recommendations are made only by qualified medical professionals after evaluating your individual case.
Using the website or contacting us does not create a doctor–patient relationship with us. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Using the website

Prices, availability and treatment options depend on the healthcare provider and on the medical evaluation of your case, and may change. Payment, cancellation and refund terms for any service are agreed separately in writing before you commit.
Medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Any treatment carries risks, which the treating medical team will explain to you before you decide to proceed.
Healthcare providers and other third parties
Healthcare providers, hotels, transfer companies and other third parties are independent from us and act under their own terms. We select them with care, but we are not responsible for their acts or omissions, including medical decisions and results.
Travel
You are responsible for your passport, visa, travel insurance and any health requirements for travelling to Türkiye, and for following the medical team’s instructions before and after treatment.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including texts, graphics, the Medistra Care name and logo, and the design of the website — belongs to Medistra Care or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or from the services of independent third parties.
